LPC Meetings

All meetings are open to the public. Meetings are conducted in accordance with the Brown Act and follow Robert's Rules of Order to ensure fair and orderly proceedings. Regular meetings are held the third Monday of every other month from 5:00–7:00 PM and may be attended in person or online. Special meetings may be scheduled as needed, with proper public notice provided in advance.

Every agenda for regular meetings provide an opportunity for members of the public to address the Council on any item of interest within the Council’s jurisdiction. However, the Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or taking action on non-agenda items. The Public is invited to discuss items on the agenda following preliminary discussion by the Council.
